Lee Nabben amalgamated her consultancy business with Teamwork Training Services (Director Tony Norquay) in 2017 to form Teamwork Training & Consultancy (TT&C).
Lee Nabben is a qualified Social Worker who has over 30 years experience in community, health and not-for-profit organisations. She has worked extensively in quality, change management, business improvement and training.
Lee works collaboratively with senior leaders and staff to create systems that align with organisational cultures and meet industry and quality standards. Lee’s passion is to support management and staff to improve business systems that impact on client outcomes.
Qualifications: B Soc W, Grad Dip Mvt &D, Dip Bus FLM, Dip Bus Fac Man, Cert IV Workplace Ass & Training, Aged Care External Assessors Training, Auditing and ISO training. Lee has also been a sessional lecturer at Victoria University in the Masters of Aged Care Management.
Tony Norquay
Program Development & Advice
Tony Norquay has been involved with training, facilitation and consulting since 1974 with business, government, education, health and community organisations.
Qualifications:
Tony holds a Master of Arts, Grad Dip Social Communication, Grad Dip Movement & Dance, Cert IV Workplace Training and Assessment, MBTI Level I.
Tony retired from facilitating training in 2017 but continues to guide and advise on program content and development.
Genene Brownbill

Genene brings over 20 years hands on experience in Human Resources and is passionate about engaging staff and managers in their working life. Genene has a Bachelor of Business (Human Resources) & a Cert IV Workplace Training and Assessment.
Genene has worked across not for profit, government and private businesses, and has a wealth of experience to share. Genene has extensive experience training and mentoring supervisors and leaders across a number of businesses.
Genene believes learning through practise is most effective (and is more fun!); her training reflects this. After years of being responsible for the planning and delivery of training for staff, Genene believes the most value is gained with a 360 degrees training model that incorporates a training needs assessment, delivery of training, and follow up coaching & support.
